One Connected Journey, From Scheme Setup to Tenant Management

Every stage below is a working module in Probity Software's housing platform — used in production by MHADA and CIDCO — not a conceptual roadmap.

Scheme Setup

Before a single application opens, the authority configures the scheme end to end — project and building inventory, unit-by-unit inventory, category and reservation rules, pricing and the payment schedule every allottee will later be billed against. Defining this once, centrally, is what keeps the lottery, allotment and billing stages consistent: there is one definition of the scheme, not a different one in each department.

Flagship Deployment

From Digital Lottery to Verified Allotment

Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA)

MHADA needed a transparent, auditable way to run public housing lotteries at scale and manage the full post-lottery journey from document scrutiny through allotment and billing.

Probity Software's housing platform covers online housing lottery management, the Nivara Kendra post-lottery document scrutiny centre with e-KYC and Aadhaar verification, allotment processing, e-billing and citizen online services.

  • Computerized, auditable lottery process for large-scale public housing schemes
  • Structured document scrutiny centre workflow reducing manual verification bottlenecks

Recognition: State e-Governance Gold Award, 2014 and 2015

Nivara KendraPost-Lottery Document Scrutiny Centre

Verified Document Scrutiny, Not a Manual Bottleneck

Nivara Kendra is Probity Software's post-lottery document scrutiny platform used by housing authorities including MHADA and CIDCO. Lottery winners are verified at the centre using ID and Aadhaar card scanning, with e-KYC verification, mobile-attendant-assisted queue management, and document verification integrated with MahaOnline and other verification networks before winners proceed to allotment.

Public Safety Integration

Tenant Registration for Police Security Intelligence

Maharashtra Police / Pune Police

Police needed a reliable way to track tenants and guests staying at private residences, hotels and lodges across the city for security intelligence purposes.

Tenant Registration (tenantreg.in) is a website and mobile app that lets property, hotel and lodge owners register the tenants and guests staying with them, giving police a running, searchable record of visitors.

  • Gives police a city-wide, owner-submitted visitor record for security intelligence

Integrations

Connected to the Systems Governments Already Rely On

Nearly two decades of integrating government platforms with banks, payment gateways, identity services and public digital systems across India — so a new deployment plugs into what a department already runs.
